7 Days in Sydney: The Complete Itinerary

A full week unlocks all of Sydney. The first five days cover the harbour icons, the city centre, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo, the eastern beaches and a Blue Mountains adventure. Then day six ferries you to Manly and the northern beaches for surf, headland walks and sea air, while day seven pairs Taronga Zoo with the dramatic clifftops of Watsons Bay and The Gap. Ferries, trains and coastal buses stitch it all together, keeping transfers short and scenic. With this much time you can slow down, swim, and follow the harbour into corners most short trips miss. By the end you will have seen Sydney's water, culture, wildlife and wilderness in one satisfying loop.
